I’ve never experienced such horrible service at a restaurant before. We asked for bread and our waiter said sure no problem before another waiter came back and said bread would be $15 and that they only have pita bread. We declined because we didn’t want pita bread and our bill was then charged twice for it. We asked for ketchup with our orders since most of them came with fries. We had to ask our waiter twice and another busboy for ketchup before we were given it- it took over 30 minutes. How do you not ask or automatically bring a few cups of ketchup when the meals come with fries? My fries were ice cold and I was finished and no longer needed it when they finally brought it over.
