"I had the double cheese and bacon burger from their Underground Burger menu. Absolutely wonderful! I was a Five Guys fan, but they've reduced their burger patty so small that you'd be lucky if it's even 3 ounces anymore. Underground is my new go to place in Lynden or anywhere. No more Five Guys. "A surprise discovery as we crossed the border into Lynden WA. Dinner was delicious! I had the beef brisket with mac and cheese, grilled vegetables and biscuit. Everything was amazing! Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and Mac and Cheese. He loved it and helped me with my meal since the portions were pretty decent. Clean restaurant, casual dining and friendly staff. Might have to make regular visits. Would easily recommend this place if you're a true BBQ lover."

"I passed by Lynden from Vancouver, BC and was looking for a quick eat. Had heard that this was the best thai in whatcom county so I gave it a try. First, the atmosphere was really great it was raining outside and the open concept of the plaza with the little khoi pond and bridge to get to the restaurant was amazing. I ordered a chicken pad thai which was very authentic and tasted great. It was a little heavy on the sauce, but the portion was huge and it had the right mix of sweet and savoury. Would definitely come by again and recommend it to anyone passing through the Lynden border."
