While most food is good here, Nashville chicken recently came out excessively oily and greasy, spoiling the excitement and any enjoyment to have this item, which when made right is delicious. Somehow the BBQ sauce is one of their weakest aspects. It just tastes runny or watery and bland. If they had any sauce a little more on the Kansas City BBQ sauce side with some soul and thickness with spiciness, zest, and tanginess, I would go more often.
