"Seriously does this restaurant pick locations like, hey this looks like absolute hell for people to get in to and leave, yup let's put it here. Texas drivers are bad enough, you also have insurance so maybe having this cluster of cars coming both directions is a bad idea. Make sure to lawyer up with accidents that could happen here. "Food was typical, or even a step above, for a Tap House and with not many options in the area after a hot day at the lake we were happy to cool off and get a quick bite.Our waitress was kind and attentive. I would have appreciated her letting us know there was a charge for every refill of the fountain drinks especially when she brought one that we didn’t ask for nor even drink. $1.50/drink X a large family adds up and means our avg meal price point was $20/person…this restaurant really didn’t warrant that price point increase.I cannot remember the last time we were charged for soft drink refills and even then the waiter/ress let us know there would be a charge.I would have liked a REAL ticket to be able to look over rather than just pay on the hand held toast device with the waitress/er standing over me. It was hard to see what we were actually paying for and awkward to select a tip with her watching.Doubtful we will be back."

"Came here for the first time with my young daughter. She really wanted a breakfast place for dinner, and we didn't want to go to a chain. It was cozy. She liked the French toast combo and the chicken fried chicken did not disappoint for me."
