"You take food very seriously. Pride and passion and quality go all the way to homemade coconut milk for the latte! Favorite regular menu item is the sandwich with shaved beet, honey, arugula and goat cheese on roasted multi-grain bread. They shave the beets so thin, it looks like a pastrami deli sandwich when it comes to the table! Only complaint is that they have to be opened early in the morning so that I can get the best coffee in Charlotte before 10:00."
