"Excellent food, service, and atmosphere, for both brunch and dinner! Monkey bread is a fantastic, rich, and sweet must try at brunch if you're into that type of thing, orange cardamom French toast is delicious and unique as well. Also tried brunch specials of watermelon cosmopolitan very nice and biscuits and gravy, which was perfectly peppery, mushroomy, and savory over cornbread biscuits. For dinner, the warm bread is a great way to start with some unique butter options. More fun drinks to choose from as well. Can't go wrong with the Quincy salad, roasted duck breast, or French onion soup duck was cooked to perfection, and accompanying croquettes are also a hit! Can't recommend semifreddo...

The quality of the food and service was exceptional! The server's knowledge of the wines, beers, and food was extensive and he was more than happy to converse with my husband and I as we enjoyed our lunch. I highly recommend for a high quality date in the F.L.X. Provisions side of the restaurant. We hope to return to enjoy the Quincy Exchange side soon.

Quincy Exchange is a culinary oasis in Corning’s otherwise somewhat challenging eating environment. We had the cornmeal crusted calamari and the Caesar salad for dinner, and both dishes were expertly prepared and served. The wine list is another big plus, with a focus on Finger Lake wines, but it is also complemented with a variety of Old and New World wines. Finally, the dining room setting is exceptionally spacious and tastefully decorated.
