"After we spent $30 on two sandwiches, that should be a crash. Nobody answered the phone. I and my friend had to go in to talk to the one employee who worked. Remember that it was almost 230 in the afternoon. I had to go back and forth with the employee via my online order. What he said was not ready. After I set an order on the counter behind him. It was my order that wasn't done right, was sitting outside for who knows how long. For what I paid for only two sandwiches, nothing else. I could have gone somewhere else, which is worth my money."

We ordered 3 sandwiches online and all 3 of them were incorrectly prepared. None of the extras we were paid for were included and two of the sandwiches were not even properly prepared according to the menu. They were closed so I called and left a message and never heard of them, so this last time I buy from this place.

It was right before the closure at 19:45 that they ordered me because they wanted to close. They were rude and hurried. There were two ladies, an Asian and a Caucasian. Manager, if you read this, please talk to them. If the store isn't closed, why am I going to hurry? Why don't they set the closed sign. But if you're open, I can order something else, right?
