"Took my sister here for a family birthday celebration and it was phenomenal! I sent her a list of places with good omnivore and vegetarian options and she chose The Station. I 'm so glad she did! They are usually slow during non sport season, so I called and they were happy to reserve the big booth for us. We were met with a birthday balloon and a vegan cupcake for my sister when we arrived so special! The food was AMAZING, and so was our waitress, Adrienne. Friendly neighborhood bar and grill. We've recently moved to the area. This was one of the first places we tried. The wait staff was super friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. (The Western Burger was great) We'll definitely be back!

Simple sports bar, highly recommend the pretzel bites, the honey garlic wings, the cheese curds, and Sabrina as your waitress!She was very knowledgeable about the bar menu as well as the food menu, and very attentive, we are from out of town but have added this to the list of Des Moines restaurants to visit again!

We stopped by for lunch, partly based on previous reviews and for convenience. We ordered a reuben and a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. Also got fried cauliflower. All the food was delicious, which kind of surprised us for a “sports bar” restaurant. (There are tv’s everywhere so you wont be craning your neck to see all the action). We would go back again if in the area. Service was prompt and our waitress was friendly. Great casual place!
