"Excellent dining experience. My daughter discovered this place about a year ago. Was staying at a place nearby and searched for recommendations. As we both love seafood, we decided to give it a try. Best decision we made. We had the oysters to start and also ordered the old bay fries. Oysters were freshly harvested that day, they were delicious. The fries are freshly made from potatoes and cooked just right. When we made our reservation we made it for 4:30 which is the start of their happy hour. Definitely a plus since we had about 4 dozen oysters and 2 drinks each. They only serve the best alcohol "

Very nice. Great atmosphere and wait staff. Must try the deviled eggs and the mussel toast. Incredibly delicious!

The Whelk has always been solid. Had an amazing anniversary dinner raw bar, crudo, the broccoli appetizer, cod and black bass were all delicious. Great service and can't wait to return.

It was a perfect date night…. Had a fantastic cocktail with a awesome garnish… we split the burrata, squid ink cavatelli, deviled eggs, and my favorite the broccolini — I couldn’t believe how good that was.
