"I crushed this place today. I stumbled in and realized it just opened. I wanted to order their Cuban, which looked delicious, but their 'sandwich of the day ' was staring me in the face, so I went for it. Soppressata on baguette with some fancy cheese, mustard greens, cippolini onions, and stone ground mustard. Came with carrot salad, which was chopped with green onion and parsley and lightly dressed. All of it was fantastic. Great size portion, without making you feel like you need a nap. The service was quick, but the atmosphere still felt warm. You could grab to-go, stay and have a quick lunch, or hang out and read while having a beer. Fills a huge gap on the downtown mall."

I love this place! Perfect meet up spot downtown for a gorgeous cheese board with delicious accompaniments and a glass of wine. There’s always an interesting new wine to try and the cheese selection is top notch. The bar is cozy and it’s also nice to sit outside on the patio. Warm and friendly service too!

Tilman's is just what the Downtown Mall needs! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, casual atmosphere, and even better wine and cheese! I just recently had a gathering there with a group of friends and the staff was very receptive to making sure everyone was well taken care of. The owners helped us customize the cheese trays in advance, and select wine that paired well with the food. It's a great place to gather with friends, spend date night, or just to pop in for a bite to eat. So thrilled to have Tilman's in C'Ville!
