"the Italian restaurant “Quattro Stagioni” is not far from the church on the main road. the small but fine guest houses are located in a listed hut, kitchen, bar and hotel are located in a new building. we visited my father in the nearby rehabilitation clinic and then went to lunch with the whole family. ambience cleanliness the small guest rooms are bright and modern and form an attractive compromise between old building material and modern furnishings. the few tables per room are a pleasantly cozy atmosphere even when fully equipped. everything was perfectly clean. the house was occupied about half this afternoon. the service staff had time to take care of us friendly and attentive and there was time for a few personal words. so we felt good and we needed nothing. food drinks the card is mixed and offers everything they can expect from the Italian kitchen. a changing day ticket enriches the offer for seasonal delicacies. our menu was as follows: bruschetta classica antipasti misti pizza margherita calamari dorade grilled tagliatelle spinaci rumpsteak with soße pepe verde agnello dio tartufo panna cotta we drank merlot and montepulciano. the waiting period up to the appetizers was covered with prosecco and campari orange. then it started with bruschetta and antipasti misti. since my daughter has come to the taste of the small grilled white broth slices, I always like to try. these were again very successful with fruity tomato pieces, some garlic and olive oil delicious. the antipasti plate contained ham, salami, much grilled vegetables and olives. everything was very tasty and of excellent quality, and so the antipasti are my secret favorit for almost any Italian. here I think that the creativity of the kitchen is more clear than the main dishes. but they didn't have to hide. my lamb dogs were wonderfully tender and spicy with rice and piquantem paprikamus. the pumpsteak of my vater with pfeffer sauce and roasted kartoffels was roasted before place and still nicely juicy inside. the band noodles of my sohne also tasted excellent, although the Gorgonzola sauce was very rich. on the other side calamari and pizza margherita fell somewhat in originality, but also here was the level on a good average. the dorade of my wife, on the other hand, was very fresh and perfectly cooked, accompanied by fine seasonings and only a few kartoffels and some fresh vegetables. the two red wines were good for meat, but they were not one of the most characterful representatives of their genres. to dessert there were tartufo and panna cotta, which were of good taste, although not excellent. all in all a successful lunch with well-known standards of Italian cuisine at a good level. friendly service in cozy, but somewhat ascetic ambiente. reasonable price."
