"Worst! The Tru Grit Chicken Cob Salad ordered. Cam without chicken... Apparently no one knew, including the waiter, that it came with chicken! Did I mention that my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant? Anyway, at the time when I was finished with my ugly salad (Wafer asked to cook as it was on the menu) I still did not get the CHICKEN. If you are tired, hungry and have traveled a good part of the day, it would also knock you off! PS Let me not even start on my friends gluten-free option!!! But I'll let you know."

Truly, it could be the best simple breakfast buffet in a hotel. The egg with onion and pepper on a tortilla was fabulous. The bacon was by far the best buffet bacon I've ever eaten. Well done Tru Grits.

See the menu online, and saw some good options for around $10-$15. Get there and they have another menu and everything is $20 We have still ordered since we were there. I have pasta and it was so over boiled and soggy. The chicken in it was safe before frozen and microwaved. I would have had a $1 lean kitchen and it would have been better.

I wasn't impressed at all. I asked for a gluten-free option that they have a rice dish with steamed vegetables and I added shrimps for protia. The shrimps were not deveined) and there was a pound of rice and 10 totally small smooshy pieces of carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and summer squash. My friend had ordered a Cobb salad with chicken. They forgot the chicken and took it 20 minutes later. Would not recommend this place at all.

"WHAT INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE IS.I’ve heard from multiple friends this place was a ‘must go’ but since I don’t live close I’ve always been curious about trying this place. Last night me and some friends were near and were craving tacos, we went to the location in Anaheim but it was super packed, so we decided to go to this location and I think it was the best choice we ever made. It was busy but not as crazy as the one in Anaheim, unfortunately we got there minutes before the closing and there was no more ‘costillas’ available, which we wanted to try badly but that didn’t stopped us from ordering. We ordered a ‘cholo pizza’ with carne asada, and tacos from the prime meat menu. I would say this is the best carne asada I’ve ever had, it was so flavorful, not so dry and the portions are insane, YOU GET YOUR MONEY WORTH. The prime meats were so delicious and super tasteful, and again the amount of meat the put in the tacos is tremendously. Right after finished we had to get the Papa Loka just to try it and it was BOMB. WE COULDN’T EVEN FINISHED IT.The staff was very very nice, since they noticed it was our first time some of them they were recommending what to get and their favorite choices which were really good. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.The place is very clean, and the atmosphere is really nice…I can’t wait to drive all the wait to Fullerton again to eat here again, this time… for the costillas!"
