First they forget to give the waitr driver my milkshake. Then they offer me a free cookie to make up for the wasted $25 waitr mark up if I go pick up my milkshake. I go get it, ask for a sugar cookie and guess what I see when I open the bag. Not a sugar cookie. Incompetent!
