"I’ve been going to Universal Snacks for years and years (except for during COVID). The owner was always great, very friendly and conversational.Well, recently a younger guy has been working the counter. At first, I hadn’t noticed that I was being charged extra by this person. When I did start to notice, I decided to test him. Which I did. Then one visit last week, this person wasn’t there. The service was good but it was ruined by poor quality of food. The meat was dry and bread was hard. Seems they don't sell enough to keep it fresh.

I was craving something sweet young man at counter recommended Fresas con crema I asked if the strawberries were fresh he said yes. I get home strawberries are terribly rotten and soggy threw away almost 7 dollars for a small cup. Please don’t lie to your customers.
