"terrible. eating is quite good, but the restaurant is so hungry for the business that it allows a large loud party to take over its outside area. the party didn't even sit down. they stopped, drank and finally cried to each other to be heard. Of course, no masks were masked, the level of the Kovid risk was increased even higher. conversation at other tables was impossible. a series of diners actually, halfway through their dinners, moved to an interior. Before they go, call them and make sure they don't plan to turn the outside into a loud party area."

"We had a delicious dinner here. Our server, Jack was excellent. We enjoyed shrimp and crab cocktails and a great bottle of wine. We each had delicious steaks and a side of corn. Everything was excellent. Thanks"

"we have had a great experience here before. kept us for 5:15 o'clock and when going in the host not great and talked to others about a problem before us and again before they even acknowledge us. when sitting we ordered drinks and a starter that arrived in time. we order our escape and my man and I spoke and enjoyed each other. tick tock, tick tock...6:30, we ask our waitress, miguel what the status was on our dinner and he said it shouldn't be long. make sure that he has never even checked with us for drinks or has apologized to the lateness of our meal. Finally we have risen, closed and left. we are looking and dine at ruth chris in the usa and internationally. I will never visit this place again. morton is next door and will go there. not impressed and ruth chris corporate should visit and polish this location or make a turnover of employees. sad that on my birthday we had such a disappointing experience of a company that should really expect more from their employees."

"Usually everything is pretty good at Ruth Chris, this time they didn’t live up to their name. First our bread came out and it was hard, we waited longer than usual for our food and when it arrived it wasn’t hot. We sent our food back to be reheated (which we hate doing). They put bacon on the loaded mash which we asked for without bacon, the orders of spinach came out as we were almost done eating and the lamb chops and steak were DRY and to top it off there were fruit flys that kept bothering us while we were eating (my fiancé actually killed one with his hands; you’ll can check the camera footage). Our server was great he was very professional and attentive. Overall if I had to rate yesterday dinner it would be only because of our server and I understand it was late but you’ll shouldn’t have the option of reservations if the service is going to be as if we were eating at a fast food restaurant especially when our tab was almost"

"that is the second vegan restaurant where I was and it was so good. the taste profiles and textures were on point- it was almost easy to forget that the meal was vegan! but no way - I'd go back and enjoy it the next time I'm sure. the lipsticky delicious cocktails are also a plus!"
