"It is definitely a house turned restaurant that has a primitive feeling for it. I will say I have arrived a challenge for them with a reservation of 22 and ignorant 9 from the city people in the last minute; also add church rehearsal ran late (Of, which does not blame for the restaurant). If something, waitstaff can use us as an example to improve how to improvise in such situations and work on speed and fast thinking after you sit. The restaurant has a selected menu for private parties and it was NOT a disappointment EVERYONE enjoyed their food as well as the garlic bread, salads, drinks and desserts!!! Question is, would I recommend this restaurant? Yeah."

My staff and I have been eating here at least once a week and for years. Johnathan is a very friendly waiter and his dad makes the biggest food of scratches you'll ever have. Its beautiful atmosphere and cream mushroom soup is THE BOMB! I love you!

Best kept secret! Shhhh says no one how great it was!!!! Food, service, atmosphere. Wow, they serve alcoholic drinks now! Jan had veal, shrimp artichokes in brandy sauce. I had Venenpiccata. Both ugly portions and delicious. The wine was good and generous. When you did the Tiramisu, it was perfect like the coffee. A nice evening.

This is a rustic, cozy, wonderful place to eat! We are recommended by Iowa and this place was recommended by our resort. The food was extremely tasteful. My husband had the Kalbsmarsala and found it one of the best he ever had. The garlic bread was fresh and hot and the garlic oil to spread or dip the bread was fantastic. The service/competition was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for us when he was asked. Of course we had to finish with a piece of chocolate cake. It was a wonderful experience and I would encourage everyone to try it.
