"The restaurant is located within a courtyard on Richard Wagner Platz – not on the street and not to be confused with Wagner’s Café. Upon entering the courtyard, bear to the left and open the door. Continue inside to the right and up the stairs...where you will come upon a charming, quiet, cozy, sophisticated venue. The waitress was delightful and eagerly translated the menu for me into English even though I was with two German friends. She also announced that SHE was the wine list – and recommended an excellent, full-bodied Malbec from Argentina “Don David,” at a glass. Service was warm, attentive and unrushed. I had the rinderfilet – a filet of beef that was cooked as requested: á point –...

Delicious regional food. Potatoes ways, but don't miss the rosti! Nice wine pairing. Just an absolutely adorable place.

Fantastic lunch in a tucked away courtyard. Food was excellent and our waitress knew all the wines and was able to recommended a lovely dry white wine. We were a mixed group including vegetarian and there was something for everyone. I could have happily eaten...just the bread and sour cream with onions, but all dishes were outstanding. I would recommend a visit.

On a Sunday the restaurant looked empty. We opened the door to the bar and were informed that the restaurant was upstairs. Once up stairs, the atmosphere was charming and quite intimate. No English Language menus or wine list, but our waitress was extremely helpful...and present. We ordered the Potato Soup which was rich, thick and wonderful. For a main we tried the Liver Onions which was good although a bit over-cooked (we ordered medium). Our waitress recommended a red wine from Israel that was quite good. Overall an excellent experience at a reasonable price.
