"always looking for favorite fish and seafood place in whole oregon and washington landed me in brigham fish market in cascade curls. the staff is very friendly and helpful. one of the most welcoming experiences in a small shop restaurant I've ever had. before I knew it, I had a rehearsal of the salmon cahowder and two different types of smoked salmon. I usually don't like a smoked laugh, but the rehearsals let me want more. they were so good! Finally I had Halibut fish and chips that were amazing! I appreciate that they don't offer from season salmon, which makes such amazing fish and chips. this says a lot about their priority of quality. I had the simple fish fry but they also offer cajun and gluten-free. it was so light and crispy and a welcome alternative to a thick teig for a change. I don't think the fries were handcuffed, but they were perfectly cooked and were a perfect side. the koleslaw was also really good. the four stars instead of five are just because the tartaric acid was for me. but I know this is just me and my tastes. it tasted as if they use sweet pickel instead of dill, which for me is not a thing. I was happy for the lemon wedge! If you like sweeter tartaric acid, then this could be for you. highly recommended if they drive through the ****, but also not too far from portland if they want to eat various lands with a very delicious lunch."

"was so excited to see the skamania lodge and had heard great dinge in the dining room. first, the menu online was completely different from the menu when we were there, so there were no other things that limit our decisions immens. this was a Thursday night in the week before thinking, so it wasn't a very busy time. Now, 3 of us have all been sitting on the same side of the table. a plate came with a piece of chunk 1/3 the size of the other two, the polnta cake was the half of the size, and the part of the flower cabbage lacked it its sauce and half size. as someone who has been working in restaurants for over 10 years, I know that there are many eyes to check the sign before the customer gets it (kitchenexpo, food runner, waiter, etc.) as my friend pointed out to the waiter that his teller was unacceptable and that he wanted a new one, went the waiter to deny responsibility, and did not deny it. I was more withdrawn from the defense of the waiter than I ever was. we were not rude. my friend said he would not pay for his meal if that was the approach to which the waiter quickly locked back, apologized and went to order him another teller. when his eating came out, everyone was anxious to go because the 2 hours eating experience with slow moving poor service wanted to leave us all. they can ask: was that eating at least good? I had the most overcooked garnels for an appetizer 18 for 3 garnels) I've ever eaten. my hen was extremely overdue and chewing (I barely ate a $32 and didn't even want the rest.) I should have brought my own food."
