"Food has taken a steep dive lately. One bad service, fine. Two, maybe they had a rough run. But then three is where I typically say something. I wrote in to their email line to share an experience a couple weeks ago with photos and no one bothered to reply. I don't write bad reviews and typically bring it to attention with the managers so things can be corrected, but seeing as they seem not to care here we go. Ordered for my store staff which is typically 6-7 people to order for. Note we work across the street from this place. We have driven past here many times and finally stopped today to check it out. Our 4 kids and us all enjoyed our quickly made burgers despite how busy they were and fries and onion rings. My husband was impressed with burgers and I would have attached pics of the food but it was all enjoyed too quickly. we will have to try the sweets next time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
