"I’m giving a 3 star review b/c the guy who handed off my order was just the sweetest.The food and accuracy of my order are the issues here. Kids burger was cold cheese not melted at all. Chicken strips were over fried, too crunchy to eat, all three quite small in size as well which makes the over cooking all the more worse; I asked for gravy and was given honey bbq sauce, and I understand this is a preferential opinion of taste, but gross!!Luckily my 2.5 year old isn’t all that particular on the temp of her burger or melted’ness of her cheese, so she was fine, but I made the trip to get food so I wouldn’t have to prepare food and mess up the kitchen my meal was not edible so I spent $13 dol...

Curbside from the app 2:15 pm May 4th 2022, Southern Bacon Double, onion rings, chocolate malt. Outstanding!! Prepared cooked to perfection. Love this new burger!!

I've been going to this Whataburger for years, and it use to have really fast service with the drive thru not getting backed up. Once covid hit, that's when everything got really slow. Even now post covid, the lines still get long and wait times can be up to 30 minutes in the drive thru. Another reason might be because everyone and their mother are moving to Austin! They rarely mess up my order, so that's why I'll still give this location a 4 star.
