"We arrived at White Castle a few minutes before our reservation time. It took about 10 minutes before we were greeted and seated. We waited at our table for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from the manager or server. Our toddler became upset after 10 minutes because he was hungry and thirsty, but we were unable to order anything. When we decided to leave, the manager gave us a blank stare as we got up. The restaurant was not very busy, so the poor service was not justified. We have been coming to White Castle for over 10 years for Valentine's Day, and this was the worst experience we've had yet."

We were greeted and shown to our table by the hostess. Our server took our order and promptly resolved any issues with it. The manager also came by to greet us.

We were seated at a random table in the middle of the restaurant with no flowers or proper tablecloths. The fries were cold and soggy, indicating a lack of effort on the part of the staff. Everyone seemed cranky and the atmosphere was messy and disorganized. It was a waste of $50, especially considering the high expectations for the Valentine's Day experience at White Castle.
