"Small restaurant located right on Main Street, but very accommodating staff, that are willing to try to make it work no matter the size of your group. We started as 3 and ended up growing to 6 by the time the appetizers started rolling out. The Calamari was great and it's hard to mess up burrata so we enjoyed that as well. For my enteee I went with the elk meatballs and they did not disappoint. Hand made, hand rolled, and infused with some veggie chunks, and the sauce was seasoned perfectly. For desert I had the crème brûlée which I also throughly enjoyed. Tundra is on the pricier side at about $30/ plate, but if you're going to treat your self to a nice evening this is a great spot to do so."

"I've been eating at KB for years because I'm traveling to the Hailey area at least once a month. I don't think I've ever eaten somewhere else when I go up there because I always know the food is great. I've also eaten at their McCall and Eagle sites and they're just as good. It's more than just eating. It is the mood, it is the great customer service, and I have still been disappointed after dozens of times. By far one of the best Burritos I've ever had, and their salads are just as good. I'll eat at KB forever. I just wish I knew about her cheese sauce earlier because it's amazing. Nice to know now!!"

"It was a Friday night, my daughter?s birthday and she loves sushi! So we went to dangs! Her choice for her birthday dinner, we?ve eaten there so many times before, but tonight was different! It was 5pm, not your usual time on a Friday to encounter adinner rush in Hailey Idaho. We ran into dangs and were told it would be about a 1.5 hr wait. The kind gentleman assisting myfamily and I offered to call other restaurants to see if we can get in. We politely declined and started calling around . Afterstepping out for a brief moment with little to no success in finding a different restaurant. I stepped back in to receivewonderful news that a table had opened up for us! WOW! We felt so blessed and sat and settled on looking over the great menu onwhat to order. My daughter loves sushi so we ordered her a roll to share with her sisters and we also ordered rolls forourselves and egg rolls. The chef special rolls are so big! They are delicious and a great value and made adjustments withoutconcern to my liking! The owner asked my daughter what desert she wanted for her birthday because birthdays are important! Hesurprised her! The staff brought out the ice cream with a candle and sang to her! They also gifted her a very cute Thai coinpurse! We then thanked the owner and the staff for giving my family and I such a wonderful experience! Not to mention ourwaitress was happy to take a picture outside for us! We felt so special, thank you! We need more restaurants like this!"

"I called last minute I'm sorry for that but the owner Ramie squeezed 10 of us in it was unbelievable and we were so grateful. The service was professional, attentive and overall perfect. The food was top notch, everything was beautifully plated and so good. They go above and beyond with their menus and the quality of food they serve. The chefs and team preparing the food are amazing, Cody L. is our favorite and he knows what he is doing, he's amazing to watch. The best sushi in blaine county by far. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable with a sophisticated vibe."

"The food is excellent and delicious! Staff work very hard to provide excellent customer experience and customer service! Two people earn awards for their excellent customer service and experience!! For anyone looking for authentic Bbq, this is the place!! I definitely come back to this restaurant!! If your new into the valley I recommend this place!! They also received a price for the best grill in Hailey, Ketchum, Bellevue and Sun Valley! What the meat does at 6:00. Your lunch is hot! These people cannot be guilty of how much service and or business they receive during the day. The ribs take a total of 4 hours for cooking. And they are about how much meat and customers they receive. Most negative reviews on this board are bad management and now they have a loving manager who drives their employees to provide this customer experience and customer service. For excellent food!"
