"For the second time in a row in about three months, the restaurant was heavily understated. The waiting staff literally ran through the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our (non-alcoholic) drinks, 30 minutes to get our appetizers, and 80 minutes to receive our Entrées. The food was just okay, but unfortunately not worth waiting."

Less value for the dollar since the shift. Although the menu has not changed so much since the shift. The flavors were just not there. The portion sizes are also a large example of shrinkage
