"They don’t listen, I give many chances to restaurants because sometimes things happen, I’m not a fan of very spicy food and normally I ask for my chicken mild and not spicy they acknowledge and put it on the ticket because I can see it but the chefs don’t care because by the time you get home and notice it’s wrong it’s too late and extremely inconvenient to drive back again"
