"The food was lackluster, the ambiance was alright, and the service was just ok. For the amount of hype, the spicy salmon and tuna rolls were disappointing and about average for what I'd expect in Texas. The spicy lobster dumplings were unique but not incredibly memorable. The Japanese curry ramen was alright, but the sauce left a lot to be desired. To be fair, I should've ordered the beef hand-pulled noodles or dan dan noodles, because they looked like the best dishes at this restaurant."

I’ve given this specific location a few tries but this last time I ordered a side of fried rice and there was so more onions then there was rice. Couldn’t really eat it. So that was a little upsetting. Sushi was good though.Food: 3/5

Years ago we would come here for HH, and initially it was fine. Unfortunately at some point everything began tasting the same which made it hard to discern what we were going to be eating. And my personal dislike for the Mueller area doesn't help.

We stopped in midafternoon for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were the only table at the time, but it took a few minutes before our orders were taken and drinks were served. We saw the chef making the noodles from scratch, which was really cool. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed it.Food: 5/5
