"The reason I'm leaving a one star review is because of an incident that ruined the experience. I visited on July 6, 2024 at around 5pm. I was brought a salad as part of my meal. I took a bite and as I was chewing I noticed a hair in the bowl. As I chewed some more I then noticed a hair inside my mouth. 2 hairs total. One that I had to pull out of my mouth and then spit my food out. It was utterly disgusting. The frustration continued as I pointed it out to the waitress, who apologized and told me she didn't know who made the food that morning. That was it. She didn't ask if I wanted something else. No manager came out and apologized. They could have offered to take some money off my meal at...
