"We come to the restaurant a few times a year and this visit was for our years anniversary. We got calamari, Kona Crusted Dry Age (medium rare), bone-in Ribeye (medium rare), soy Glassed Brussels sprout. The calamari gone soft really fast, the Kona Crusted was tough and the Brussels Sprout was over cooked (all black) and too sweet. We are hoping the not so great experience is due to the holiday weekend"
