"The place is the real deal! We are from South Florida and frequently dine at Japanese restaurants and we were very impressed with the quality and creativity. Everything is made from scratch I including their soy sauce. Service was great too!! Highly recommend!!"

Still somewhat of a Sushi newbie but I have visited some of the best. Yume was listed as one of best Sushi in Charlotte on Google. I was impressed with service and food. Location is a little concerning for safety as a first time visitor but I may be wrong.
