"It was already much full in the brewery restaurant of Augustiner Bräu, in the middle of the pedestrian zone. That's why we almost enjoyed nothing today. This large restaurant with the large vaulted ceiling surely holds several hundred guests. Today, on a hot summer Sunday, I gave it to the numerous staff that could rest between themselves. One, quite lush in the Dirndl,Bedienung kindly showed us her corner where we could choose between 6 empty tables. All windows were open, so a pleasant climate prevailed. You could have been open, but there were many pigeons I didn't want at dinner. Lunch hungry was not so big yet, but the menu, full of Bavarian delicacies, offered a variety of large and s...

This is one of my favorites! Every time I come back to Munich, we eat the good food here! The prices are good and the food tastes excellent! Find Central in Munich;

Forget it! We had a completely disappointing experience. Stale Bretzen, a pigshaxe, which like boiled three days before and repeatedly heated again, an Allgauer Alm dish, where the egg noodles tasted like plastic and the sauce was somewhat brownish water. Just a little. Never!

"my man and I were in a few for a family birthday party. we had some time for us and took public transportation to visit schloss nymphenburg, which was a wonderful excursion also on a windy, wintery afternoon. not quite ready to return to the house...we googled Italian restaurants near me. the one we visited first did not take any plastic. the second location was solo italia. it was a Friday night and the place jumped around 19 o'clock. we didn't even think we were making a reservation, and everyone was taken table. no problem, we could order the cash. it followed several hours of relaxation, delicious eating, weeping and atmosphere. we ordered the green salads that are large, fresh, and most welcome after days very little green on our tellers. pasta bolognese and spaghetti carbonara were excellent. we did not try out the pizzas, although they looked fantastic (and they produced, kept all waiting workers and our bar-tenders very busy to mante the many.) solo italia is a place that prices were much less than the fancier sites round, but the quality of the food was comparable. it was simply a funny, bouncing place. a scream from our barkeeper maurice d. he was very busy with the drinks orders, the semi-trailer pizza and in the regular good work. he still managed to be polite and attentive that we were sitting on his bar. very professional and personal. if they are on the look for a great Italian place outside the Munich city center (but easily reached by tram 25) try solo italia, they have a great time!"
