From the moment we sat down our party was treated like we were the only people in the restaurant on a Thursday evening brimming with happy customers. If you haven't dined here I urge you to go. The food is wonderful. I had a park chop on a bed of mashed potatoes and homemade apple sauce over the chop. The chop was grilled to perfection. A good inch thick chop that was a pure delight. Got the filet here and it was like butter. So delicious. Food was great from start to finish and the staff was really cool and laid back. I recommend making a reservation. Everyone loves this place. This is our second time at the Brother's and it will always be a place we'll get dinner when we travel to Solvang. Reservations are needed unless you get there right at 5 when they open, then you can sit at high top tables in the bar. What a fantastic tip we got while in Solvang last year. It is a MUST DO! We started with the calamari which was excellent along with the bread plate. Both my husband and I had the Filet which was made to perfection, the potatoes were amazing along with the vegetables. We will always go when we're in town.
