"My wife placed an online order for pickup, she received a confirmation saying it would be ready by 1pm. She arrived at 12:50; was told it wasn't ready yet, no worries. After it being 1:10 and speaking to two different servers, she was told there are still approximately 20 orders ahead of hers and it likely won't be available until 2pm. The front end person stated not sure what to tell ya, but that's all we can do . They did not even apologize, she promptly canceled the order and left. We won't be back, this experience doesn't deserve redemption."

I really enjoyed my date here! Everything was tasty, the special chili sauce is a must have! My server was super nice and checked in regular to make sure I was having a great experience, which I did ;

The food is great, I usually get the platter which contains ribs, chicken tenders, sausage, fries and street corn, I added a salad as well, this last me at least four days as an individual and the hospitality was also awesome!

the first time here since the beginning of the pandemic. very relaxed atmosphere, eating was great. not complaining. the waitress gave us their undivided attention. I will definitely visit again. I didn't expect that to eat so well.
