"This is a restaurant we know very well over the years. Traditionally we always go there in December with friends as they do some excellent sea food platters.We arrived this Wednesday evening and was surprised to see the place empty it was 19.30.The first table offered was right beside the door! No thank you got one further in very nice.Ordered a bottle of champagne, and some water. Champagne came the waiter opened it and served it with out asking if we would like taste it first...... let this go!No water.....Ordered sea food platters for the ladies and a gourmet menus for us gents but changed the bisques de homard for fish as explained to the waiter I was allergic to shrimps, lobster etc.Fe...

Brilliant Château with St Estèphe 1986! A killing/bloodbath!

We went with the Passeport Gourmand. Even though we were the only one in the restaurant, the service was really poor and unpleasant. On a good note, the food was good. There is a big (nice) dog wandering around the place. The view is beautiful.

"Wir kamen mit sehr hohen Erwartungen zum Abendessen und sahen die Bewertung dieses Restaurants sehr enttäuscht. Der Service ist nicht auf der Ebene des Restaurants. Die Kellner versuchen ihr Bestes zu geben, brauchen aber eine bessere Ausbildung, um in dieser Art von Restaurant zu arbeiten. Kein sehr herzliches Willkommen, wir arbeiteten immer noch an unserem Champagner, als sie uns das 1 Straßenglas Wein gaben (wir baten um die Kombination von Wein mit einem 5-Gänge-Menü mit 2 Gläsern??? . Die Gläser wurden gereinigt, rochen aber Schlecht in 1 Straße dachte ich, der Wein sei nicht gut, dann wurde mir klar, dass es das Glas war. (wirklich ... Der Tisch wurde nach dem Hauptgericht nicht richtig gereinigt und war immer noch voller Kruste. Niemand war da, um uns unsere Jacke zurückzugeben oder uns zu verabschieden. Sie war zu beschäftigt damit, die silberne Kleidung in der Küche zu putzen. . . Für das Essen: Ich wünschte, es hätte eine Auswahl an rotem Fleisch oder Ente nur Hühnchen und Fisch gegeben. Alle Teller präsentieren sich sehr gut und sehen toll aus. Die Qualität des Essens ist auch gut, aber die Geschmacksmischung war ein bisschen viel für uns. Die Amuse Bouche und Vorspeise hatten einen wirklich bitteren Geschmack. Ich hätte meine nicht auf einer von ihnen, aber nicht auf der 3. Das Huhn war gut, kam aber kalt auf meinem Teller an, was nicht akzeptabel ist. Der Fisch war gut. Die Wüste war in Ordnung, ohne wunderbar zu sein. Das Restaurant selbst ist schön und die Aussicht muss bei Tageslicht fantastisch sein. Ich wünschte, ich hätte ein Feedback geben können, aber niemand hat uns gefragt, wie das Essen war und wir haben den Koch nicht getroffen. Da wir es gewohnt sind, in der Gegend gut zu essen, entsprach dieses nicht unseren Erwartungen und ich würde es nicht empfehlen."

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Das Restaurand Hinata (Japanisch) war vom Essen sensationell. Die Bedienung hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Das Restaurand Le Patio hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Dort war auch der Service gut und das Essen top. Im Wellnessbereich hätte der Pool etwas wärmer sein können. Der Saunabereich war klein aber schön umgesetzt. Etwas Tee und Früchte wären noch toll gewesen. Im ganzen super, gewisse Details haben gefehlt."

"Worth coming from Lausanne. Great staff, welcoming and takes time to explain their menu and even translate stuff. Food was really good. The pumpkin soup (courge) was just top notch plus the bourse aux champignons (mushrooms) was special and good. We tried the duck and fish. Both plates were presented well, side vegis were delicious and the sauces were good. Local wine was good too."

"I came to this restaurant seeing the good reviews, however i was disappointed. Food was extremely mid, if you serve this capricciosa in Italy, they would be shocked seeing the poor quality of products, especially the olives and eggs. Also they don't use guanciale in the carbonara, it's a random bacon... Wine was mid, service was mid. The filet the perche were from the lake or not ? The waiter seemed like he had no idea or trying to dodge the question, it felt like the fish wasn't local.. Maybe I have too high expectations having lived in Italy but I would NOT recommend this restaurant"

"We did not stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. Sat outside on the terrace even though it was a bit cool. They even provide individual blankets that you can bundle yourself against the cool weather. We found it humorous and refreshing that...this 1 star Michelin had pink white polka dotted paper napkins. The perch was excellent. These are fresh water fish and small filets. Reminded us of our local blue gill or crappie fish. The bottle of Dezeley, local white, grand cru, was the perfect acommpaniment. Loved it."
