"Visit was 6/9/22 4:30ish. Food is usually delicious (when made as it 's supposed to be)but when you drive 30 minutes (gas at $5.00 /gal) and receive horrible customer service, (from the Assistant GM at that) it definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I was told by Izzy or whatever her name is, that false advertisement is ok because the item is discontinued . The picture should be taken down then, not left on the drive thru sign. Furthermore, excellent customer service practice would be to advise the customer that the almost $9.00 sandwich can 't be prepared as shown because, since it is out of season some of the menu items are no longer available. I went in for burger and wanted to wash my hands first. The bathroom was nasty and stunk. So as I left, I looked in kitchen, nasty as well. Looked at lobby, dirty. 1/2 dozen employees. No one in lobby or drive through. Time was 8 pm. I walked out. Went elsewhere.

Food is okay, have eaten here a few times. Staff is rather inconsistent and sometimes careless, but it's fast food and the team is generally quite young, so I understand it comes with the territory (so to speak). If they aren't busy, your experience will probably be better. If they're busy at the time you visit, your experience will suffer accordingly. Fun enough for a quick bite with my kids in tow, but not good enough to be habit.

Our mission was to go. We placed the order. The checkout was new and tried to make our order right. Cheese was omitted from the burgers. We sat near the pick-up window. The guy who prepared our pommes thought mistakenly that we had normal size, but we ordered big. He took the regular size and poured it into the large containers and put it in the pocket. Either we didn't get big pommes or you ripped off your customers. You should probably talk to your employees.
