"Very dirty tables. And if you want to leave satiated, don 't go. If you have the illusion you will be full after leaving this place, don 't go. Ordered lamb kabob entrees, and only six pieces of lamb were delivered on each platter, though they were strategically placed on a diagonal to make the platters appear full. The pieces of lamb did taste good, as did the rice. Bread is a joke. Upon receiving such a small quantity of lamb, I approached the guy at the front, who responded it was too much labor to provide more, said he charged me the same price as everyone else (a response that had nothing to do with what I was telling him), and I could order more food if I felt it wasn 't enough. I ask...

Food here is always fresh and excellent. I normally dine in and get the beef kofta lamb kebab combo. The mandu appetizer is a fun tasty take on dumplings as well. Staff is always very nice.Food: 5 5

Excellent!! I was staying out by the airport for a layover. I walked the the 6-mile round trip and it was worth every step. The gentleman working the counter was very polite and it helped me navigate the menu. I went with the lamb chops and was not disappointed. Generous serving. I ordered them medium, or little pink inside. As mentioned in other comments, this is an Afghani restaurant. Mediterranean is closed, but different spices. If you have never been, I would recommend going with a group and sharing everything family style.

"I stayed at the attached Hampton hotel on business and was looking for a great dinner where I could dine alone. I was told by the desk to try this restaurant. I walked in and was astounded at how beautiful the restaurant and bar were, it was during the Christmas season. I was given a corner table by the hostess which I loved. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant and was impressed by the menu (I have worked or consulted for some very high restaurants/retailers in Manhattan). I had a waitress, if I'm correct her name was Amy. She came off as very professional but in some ways sweet. She was a great waitress. She brought me my order perfectly timed from my cocktail to my wine to my appetizer to the entree and to the dessert. I knew I picked the right place when I ordered a Negroni and it was perfectly made. I had a great salad but I was most impressed by the cassoulet. I've eaten in Paris, Montreal, NYC etc. and it was probably the best cassoulet I have ever had. It was delicious! Everything else was also very good including my chocolate dessert. Unfortunately my espresso was poorly made. The flavor was there but not the technique. After my meal I felt so comfortable that I decided to stay a bit longer and asked Amy if the restaurant carried Amaro. She didn't know what they were and the bartender Peter immediately came to my table and explained what he had. To my surprise he had Amaro Lucano, a spirit from my wife's small town in Italy. Very hard to find. The bar has an awesome menu of wine, spirits and beers. He gave me the drink on the house and recommended that I try one of his drinks called a Boulevardier. It was excellent. Most importantly Peter was very professional and maybe because of my being in the food business too, he told me about the restaurant and gave me a tour. I totally felt his passion about his job which was great to see! Anyway he was a great bartender. In short, I totally loved this restaurant from its ambiance to its menu to its staff. Wish it were in NYC. Can't wait to go back!"
