"Horrible food horrible service horrible owner! Please stay away from this place! We went there at dinner time and got an overcooked octopus (felt like I was eating a tire), followed by a mediocre pasta in the wrong sauce compared to what we ordered. We didn 't say a word coz we were with our kid. While leaving the waiter asked us if we liked the food and we said we didn 't! Then I got the weirdest response I 've ever got! The guy said but you ate all the food! We said of course it 's dinner time and we were hungry ... then the owner comes out and asks for feedback and we say the same thing and tell him that octopus was over cooked and pasta was mediocre... he then blatantly says but then wh...

While the food at Portofino Restaurant was only so-so during my recent visit, it's still a good spot to hang out and grab a drink. Unfortunately, my husband's pasta was served cold which was a letdown. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and welcoming, making it a good place to relax and socialize with friends. If you're not too concerned about the food and are looking for a spot to grab a drink and hang out, then Portofino Restaurant might be worth a visit.
