Even though the order was right in front of her she refused to pass it to me until she was done with 7 customers. "I have literally seen this place for a while, but I never have to try it because it's so far away from us. Until an evening when we watched a movie in a theater near this area. It was just about a ten-minute walk from the theatre, so we have the opportunity to try it out at last (in contrast to the almost hour drive from Hoboken). We ordered two of the Saigon Special (Vietnamese pork ham, grill pork, pâté . It could be one of the best banana measures I ever had in my life. It is full of ingredients and is definitely for meat lovers. I don't think I ever had a banh mi with so many different types of meat it is usually just ham and pig and you usually have to pay extra to add pâté, but not in Saigon Subs. We didn't finish both and had it for lunch the next day, and it was still good. I would definitely get one per person, even if a whole is a little too much, but half will definitely leave you want more. I was trying to try the pork ball, but since we ate in the car, I thought it was too creepy. Let's hope we'll come back soon and try that one or maybe some of their rice dishes, but the Saigon Special is a must!"

"Although the restaurant wasn't busy, the servers were neglecting their tables. It's a shame that a restaurant with delicious food is let down by poor service. The management should start a training program to make sure servers are properly trained and supervised during their shifts for a better guest experience."

"Ribs were good, but very small (especially considering the price). The chicken was just chicken fingers in sauce as opposed to the fried chicken that you'd expect in a chicken and ribs combo. And that was also an extremely small portion. The food was tasty, but overall very dissappointing."

"Addendum: I received a call from the owner and was made aware the employee wasn?t supposed to charge me for anything, due to it being a store credit based order. The owner, Dan, assured me I?ll be refunded and the situation was rectified. I appreciate the prompt response and great customer service provided to me by the owner. I?ll be ordering from there again in the near future. This place is a joke. I received a store credit, as a result of a mistake they made with a previous order placed, and was given a store credit for another sandwich to be delivered to me free of charge. Once, I utilized the store credit, I was then charged a delivery fee. How is that justifiable? I then raised my issue with that and was told all deliveries are charged a fee, even orders paid for with store credit, including my situation. I?ll never order from them again."
