"I'm honestly pretty heartbroken and embarrassed writing this review..Heartbroken because I have been coming to Sushi Plantation for SO long, over ten years ago at their other location across the street. Embarrassed because I have recommended this place to my close friend who then got food poisoning after our visit here on Monday. Service is horrible. There is only one option on the menu for udon with assorted tempura. The d waiter brings me plain udon. It's not even an option on the menu and the waiter argues with me about it.Be ware the service is very slow!Train your waiters!Good eating!

Food was subpar, service was dismal. My family and I went here for a quick lunch. Despite being the only customers there, servers were difficult to get ahold of (sashimi chefs would hear us calling and stared blankly most the time) and service was slow. A member of my party received a different food than what we asked for. When we asked the waiter, the waiter did not apologize and instead tried to convince us that we did order that? All four of us were present at the table so we knew he was lying. Having lost his appetite from the rude server, he sent it back and didn't ask for a replacement. We let our order-taking server know that he got our order wrong and he decided to argue with us too!...
