Service is horrible. There is only one option on the menu for udon with assorted tempura. The d waiter brings me plain udon. It's not even an option on the menu and the waiter argues with me about it.Be ware the service is very slow!Train your waiters!Good eating!

Food was subpar, service was dismal. My family and I went here for a quick lunch. Despite being the only customers there, servers were difficult to get ahold of (sashimi chefs would hear us calling and stared blankly most the time) and service was slow. A member of my party received a different food than what we asked for. When we asked the waiter, the waiter did not apologize and instead tried to convince us that we did order that? All four of us were present at the table so we knew he was lying. Having lost his appetite from the rude server, he sent it back and didn't ask for a replacement. We let our order-taking server know that he got our order wrong and he decided to argue with us too!...

"my fiancée and I came here to eat, and we sat pretty fast. I can't talk to the quality of eating or drinks because after sitting a server never came on our table. we often tried to mark a server down, even just order drinks or get water, but we were totally ignored. this was particularly regrettable for the table that was closest to us because they were able to order drinks, but were not able to order something more or even get the leak, as they were also unsuccessful to get the attention of a server. after 30 minutes never being recognized, we left. this device seems to be more interested in fulfilling online pickup orders than the customers already in the building, as these orders were leached out from the door."

"They catered a party which we attended on the Fourth of July in Mission Viejo and the food was scrumptious. Everything from sausage and peppers, meatballs, pasta, ravioli, salad, home made bread, even a special desert which we'd never had with sorbet and Asti spumanti. The catering prices were very reasonable. Their service included passing out various foods as well as completely cleaning up. Very cheerful hardworking staff. Their menu for their physical restaurant on Cabot Road also looked very very reasonable for such good food."

"Had a group lunch today from work and one coworker chose this place. Typical boring strip mall outside, but pretty on the inside for a big box. Big menu, helpful servers, and the food was good and well priced. One friend needs gluten free and the server was very good asking and answering questions to fill her needs."

"the food and the service loved, but it was a cool evening and our table was outside. while there were heating and a plastic wall material, the wind blew so that it was a bit cold. when we asked for the move into the inner life, the answer was strange....she explained that we wanted to eat in the dining area, not in the bar. I highly recommend, only clear where they want to sit."
