"Honestly, I have no idea what the food tasted like. It was probably fine. I've had better sushi. The truly disappointing part was the service. We sat down as the only people in the restaurant and placed our order before anyone else came in our sat down, by the time we EVENTUALLY got our food 4 other parties were seated and all had their main courses, in the meantime all we had was water and dishes from soup sitting there. "First visit last night after reading excellent reviews. I was very excited to visit and not disappointed. You know that you have to do it with big chefs when even the potatoes and vegetables make you break and crush your lips! We had fried pimples and roasted green tomatoes. Fried gator dick, although this is my disappointment. I was hoping to get the gator headboard as I had seen in other photos, but I didn't. Nevertheless, the Gator dick I've ever had was by far! My friend had the pasta. I enjoyed the festival on the Hunter Platter: Wachteln, Wildschwein and Pheasantwurst. Well eat everywhere! I couldn't stop talking to my husband when I came home and can't wait to get him there to try. Excellent hidden gem!"

"OMG!!! By far the best fried chicken I’ve had in YEARS. The chicken breast was cooked to perfection, tasty and juicy. Not at all dry. Chicken Livers...FANTASTIC, as were the fried mushrooms. This was my first time visiting this place, but, surely it won’t be my last. If you are in the mood for fried chicken...this is the place. It is drive thru only, but, the line moves fairly quick. I called my order in from the parking lot and a wonderful young lady brought it out to us in less then 20 minutes."
