You know that you have to do it with big chefs when even the potatoes and vegetables make you break and crush your lips! We had fried pimples and roasted green tomatoes. Fried gator dick, although this is my disappointment. I was hoping to get the gator headboard as I had seen in other photos, but I didn't. Nevertheless, the Gator dick I've ever had was by far! Our hidden jewel. Food was fantastic and service very friendly. Prices fair, but do not expect bargains for this quality. We had hacks, ducks, wild boars and grilled quail. I'm 3x again. We'll be back.

This restaurant, about a mile outside Groveland, is a jewel. The food was great. People were great. Pig in the parking lot was friendly (big also). The homemade Pfirsichkobbler is worthy of many return journeys. If you are within 30 miles, make the drive. Get something special. It will be fresh and tasty. GET THE COBBLER!

This is an amazing place. The service superb and food fabulous. If we say Game Entrees means hunters specials. My husband had the hunters plated pheasant sausage, wild boar and juniper, with double fresh vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash and carrots). I had the main rib with vegetables and rice. Cooked for perfection (medium back). We started with fried green tomatoes and fried pimples. We took a dessert to go to Blueberry Cobbler. Portions are big and everything is so fresh. I can't believe it took us six years to find this hidden gem.
