"The customer service was amazing. We were running late due to the holiday traffic and they held the table for 30 minutes. The staff was very informative and friendly and service was prompt. We had the unlimited champagne tea service and my glass was never empty. The food was good expected for afternoon tea. The noise level was ok but the experience overall wasn’t as fancy as I expected. Maybe because it was crowded during the holidays. Overall I would totally recommend the afternoon tea for everyone to try once. The hotel itself is beautiful."

"The best darn hand-pulled noodles I have ever eaten in my life. Hand-pulled noodles done right is such a rare find. The spicy cumin lamb noodles (dry) should be on the top of your list. The texture of their noodles are so thick and fine. It kinda just melts in your mouth. So many rich flavors on just one plate. We were in the area and decided to walk in, best decision ever. Very casual place, it was a bit empty since we came before dinner peak. You can order at the register and pick up your food. Don't expect your food to come in a fancy bowl and it's more of a self served place. I will have to make a note to come back when I'm in NY again."

"We were looking for dinner after seeing a play in the area (Chelsea), and we chose Raymi almost at random and were very glad we did. It is a find. Everything was delicious: I had the arroz con pato (duck confit, cilantro jasmine rice, huancaina, Cusquena, crispy quinoa), my wife had the kale solterito salad (roasted tomatoes, baby bok choi, quinoa, cauliflower, olives, avocado), and our son had the lomo saltado (hanger steak, soy sauce, baby bok choi, tomato, red onion, fries, and jasmine rice. We dined at 9:30 on a night when Raymi closed at 10:30, so things were fairly quiet; I can imagine the place being very lively at peak hours. But the atmosphere was lovely, the service was prompt and gracious, and the food did I mention the food? was fabulous. Highly, highly recommended."

"Went here for lunch on a random Tuesday afternoon and the place was relatively quiet. The four of us and our little one on his comfortable high chair were seated right away. We started off with Cucumber Cooler $15), Spicy Margarita $15), and Gene Hackman $15) as our cocktails all of which were absolutely excellent. Good taste, good amount of punch and took us all to that happy place after our drink! For Appetizers, we got the Truffle Burrata $16) and Super Lump Crab Cake $19) both of which were excellent and very flavorful. For mains we got the Smoked Salmon Frittata $18), Four Cheese Ravioli $20), Truffle Risotto $19), and Fettuccine Bolognese $22). The vegetarian options were excellent and my Four Cheese Ravioli was very delicious. Our table enjoyed their meal and food overall was really delicious and for a change, really well priced too! Service was excellent, friendly staff, and food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Noise levels were low and seating was very comfortable. We will definitely visit again!"

"I had amazing time at Nare Sushi in NYC. All foods were deliciously prepared and waitress was very attentive. I especially loved their sashimi and sushi. Sushi was too notch and is the best sushi you can have in NYC. It was very authentic taste that you may taste in Japan. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!"

"Wonderful authentic Northern Italian food, many staff and wine list. Every dish we ordered was excellent. The Balgera Grumello was perfect. This is a closely packed Village restaurant. Our 7 PM Saturday arrival was in front of the crowd, who all arrived before 8. We felt a bit rushed to order, but our food probably arrived faster because of that. There was no pressure to finish or leave. The polpo was cooked to perfection. The tiramisu may have been the best in the world. Overall we would certainly recommend and return. We might try to get here on a non weekend."

"Asuka in Chelsea is hands down the best local sushi spot in the area. The quality and freshness of their sushi are unmatched, making it a go-to destination for sushi enthusiasts. With each visit, you can expect an exceptional dining experience. One of the standout aspects of Asuka is their generous portion sizes. The sushi rolls and sashimi servings are impressively large, ensuring that you’ll leave fully satisfied. It’s a place where you definitely get your money’s worth. The salmon sashimi at Asuka is absolutely incredible. The fish is impeccably fresh, with a buttery texture and delicate flavor that melts in your mouth. It’s a must-try for any salmon lover.Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Asuka is a hidden gem in Chelsea that shouldn’t be missed. "Jubilee is an excellent french restaurant, with a number of great dishes. Service is always good, and the 'vibe' makes you feel right at home. Also, they have innovative specials every day. We always look forward to dining there, and I genuinely recommend it"

"Are you ready for the 411? Here we go?took my family out for dinner for my daughter?s birthday and let me say in one word?.AMAZING! First of all, the level of attention placed in the customer experience was extraordinary to me. We choose to go with the Tasting Menu IV which gave us the ultimate tasting experience with a 4-course meal. I would highly recommend this especially if it?s your first time and with a group.. Our server, Shanna, was extremely attentive to our every needs. The appetizer were a great starter?leading to the other dishes and one after the other it was more and more amazing. Everything was well seasoned and perfect to the taste. The dessert was another show stopper especially the cheesecake. The pictures taken do not even do the food just but just trust me Buddhakan does not disappoint. Great experience!"

"Crowded and noisy which could be expected. Osso Bucco was very tasty but our service was less then expected. Our server never gave us the dinner specials and didnt check on us after the standard caeser salad was served. The pasta sampler was underwhelming but welcome because pasta wasnt served with dinner entrees. The chicken parm was a generous serving and my wife enjoyed it but needed the ala carte above to compliment the meal. The brownie was satisfying with the gelato but both the brownie and complimentary bread would have been a hit if either/both were served warm. Nice meal but I had expected a bit more for Lydia's name"

"Sant Ambroeus Soho has always been one of my favorites places in the city and I 've enjoyed visiting regularly over the years. Thats why it was my first option to go for lunch with a friend that I have not seeing for a very long time. But what a disappointment did I get yesterday. The new manager is there just to boost his ego and his attitude is 'it 's my way and I do not care you are the costumer . I had made a reservation for outdoors 3 weeks in advance and upon arrival the new hostess, who is not that much friendlier, escorted me to the 'wood cabanas/steam rooms ' that were fine during winter-pandemic situation but do not work in warmer Spring-Summer days; it was 80 degrees yesterday and I did not want to do that to my very fashionable woman friend. I asked to be seated under the awning area which was completely empty but I was told that those were for guests with reservations; exactly; like if I didn 't have a reservation. The only option offered were to be seated inside and I was left standing outside while I waited for my friend to decide what she wanted to do. I was totally ready to go somewhere else but after her arrival we decided to just get it over with and eat inside. Sant Ambroeus ' new management will be responsible for their business demise. We are in time that after a year of pandemic people have 0 tolerance for the BS and the mistreatment of patrons. The new manager needs to get with the program and overcome his insecurities because the times where patrons went out to be mistreated by the rude employees on the false pretense of being at a cool place are long gone. It is not about you.. it is about the costumer."

"How Gramercy Tavern earned its reputation for good (or great) food is beyond me, my husband and our two dinner guests. The chefs/cooks appear to have dumped nothing other than salt on all the food. My entrée was so bad that it got sent back. My appetizer (pasta with Bolognese sauce) was drowning in oil; it was disgusting. At the end of the meal our waiter did the right thing; she took the cost of my dinner off the tab. If someone gave me a gift certificate to this restaurant, it would be thrown in the trash."

"We were long-time patrons at the old location. We usually make one or two trips to NYC per year to go to the Opera, Ballet, Symphony, Carnegie and Jazz at Lincoln Center. I’m so pleased to say that everything is so wonderful at the new location and still convenient to each of nightly events. We stay at Central Park South so it couldn’t get any more convenient for us: We actually felt as if we got even more attention! Food is creative and delightful but the service is supreme. Gabriel’s will continue to be our favorite stop before our nightly show!"

I have eaten there a fair amount but something was out of whack that night. overall this took about 3 hours and should not have not your problem but the noise level coming down 7th was disturbingly loud. i will eat indoors in the future."
