"We had reservations for 5pm on a Saturday. We didn't receive our food until almost 7pm. They gave us two batches of bread. The first batch was slightly burnt but I was so hungry that I didn't care. The second batch was much better but we didn't get any butter. Instead we got some kind of spicy goo. My husband said that we would leave at 7pm if our food still hadn't arrived. I ordered the lobster fettuccini and it was very good. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan and he seemed to like it. I tasted a little bit of it but it wasn't as good as the lobster fettuccini. The food at this restaurant was excellent. My partner and I shared a Caesar salad and lasagna, which were delicious. However, what really made our experience special was the beautiful music played by Marty Hillman. We were so enchanted by the music that we didn't want to leave! Fridays and Saturdays from 6-9pm are the best times to visit if you want to enjoy great food and beautiful piano music.

Very romantically styled, had date night with my husband, food was absolutely delicious, we went as soon as they opened and fries were crispy and golden brown , definitely recommend you go as they are opening up , our food was perfectly seasoned and drinks were mixed just right , well mine was I got the cosmopolitan , if your up for a thought on scary things and an eerie feel explore the hotel and get a good experience from it

According to the restaurant's website hours, our group arrived just before 5pm in hopes of avoiding a crowd. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the front desk clerk who was extremely rude and clearly lacks customer service skills. Despite the fact that the restaurant appeared empty, the clerk insisted we wait until 6pm due to another reservation. She also mentioned that while they sometimes accept walk-ins, most patrons have reservations, even though this information was not stated on their website or anywhere on the premises.
