"I would like them to add the side of full Thai spice in the oil that I request each time instead of an eye dropper of the spice. Food is the best but living in Thailand for a while I just prefer that extra spice Thai hot)!"

Pad Thai was really good. Generously sized portion. The sushi came without the spicy mayo it was supposed to have on it so that was dry and bland. And no utensils.

"Visited this GEM after five years without stopping. That was a big mistake!! I just blown away from the service, Maria was excellent, friendly and helpful, then the food came out... We had to start sushi and if you were looking for fresh, tasty, I can say best in the area sushi you can't go wrong here. These monster rolls filled us, but we had to try the fish tacos and catch the day plate. Just wow, is everything we've always told us how we ate. The best fish tacos we had here since the move came out managers to tell us that the fish comes directly to him every day and let me tell you it shows. I have believed “fish n chips” that is not exactly on the menu, but only fried the catch of the day and you will not be disappointed. Creditors for me with thick frits and hush puppies. Nothing was boiled and flavored to perfection. Did I mention Maria? This girl was amazing, smiled on her face and so happy to help us. We loved her! "The first time tonight. It was a great living experience. We wanted to go since it opened. But tonight was a special occasion. My son was there to meet Del Couch and the Music Foundation and Sam Woolf. He met many others. The performance tonight was lively. The band was great. More the guests. Happy, fun, have a great time and enjoy yourself. This was a very positive energy-filled environment. The food wonderful. See Flavors. The host and our waiter are safe guardians. Our waiter came into the music began to dance and had applauded the audience. The best addition to the eventful places that come to the Bradenton area. I'm sure we left tonight. Thank you."
