"All right. The first thing about me. No grated cheese or crushed red pepper on the table. This seems a basic thing for any Italian style restaurant. Menu is a little strange, but not a big problem. The prices are very fair on the regular stuff. The dinners are a tad price at $11 for a Salisbury steak at $17 for fried shrimps. The Italian specialties seem wise at par price with other places. Now for a food review: Fried Ravioli w/marinara sauce; not bad, the Marinara sauce needed something like the missing parm or red peppers. I was shocked that the waitress didn't get out either. Here with some co-workers for lunch. Everywhere we were closed so that this place was won by default. It's nothing nice, but they have good food for good prices. Everything you eat buffet for $7.50.

Pretty good pizza. If you have gone to Chincoteague, you know that it seems that someone will turn off power after 8:00. Marias was the only place that seemed open after I came out of work. I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the pizza and it was pretty good, no earth scattered, but the blows were fresh the sauce was good. Unlike the previous reviewer, they had cheese and pepper. Our waiter sounded just like Paulie Shore. Anyway good service, the prices were not too bad for the portions, the atmosphere was nice. Better experience than we expected.

"So delicious! So many decisions! Includes an image of your current menu. Had the chocolate brownie cookie with chocolate chip-cookie-tough ice cream and rainbow with whipped cream and a cherry top. Big part. Homemade cookies that are heated to order. Lots of parking behind the food truck. Great location to stop and enjoy dessert. They even have two seating areas with screens. Look forward to further decisions in the future. Update went back 2 times in two days! So worth it. I think we're addicted!"

"If you’re visiting Chincoteague, be sure to start your day with breakfast here! I wish I’d found it earlier in our trip we tried a couple other places which weren’t bad but Beach Round Up is the best. Fantastic food and service!!"

"The kinda place that I'd base a coming-of-age movie around, it's got that vibe! You gotta know when to go to this place: do NOT go on Friday or Saturday evenings when everyone else vacationing is there. Treat yourself to ice cream at 11 AM because you're at the beach and can do whatever you want. Great soft serve and really good donuts too!"

"In just a two night stay in Chincoteague, we managed to go to Captain Zack’s Seafood THREE TIMES and quite possibly a few pounds heavier, but totally worth it. We discovered Zack’s on Mother’s Day, and it was packed. We decided to put our name in because there was a two hour wait. Most everything that we ordered was local, and could not have been fresher, including softshell crabs, flounder and shrimp. Did I mention the homemade chips and hand cut fries along with the other sides with Old Bay everywhere??? The individual portions could totally have fed a family of four. Valerie, our server and a Chincoteague native, was warm and friendly, and could not have been more accommodating, guiding us to our delectable, selections. Tammy, our hostess, even packed up 75 oysters complete with ice in a cooler that we bought just to bring home some of the sweetest oysters in the world. You too, can gorge yourselves at extremely affordable prices. So happy we decided to wait on that on first visit. THANK YOU!"

"Nice local pizza place. I love the pizza. I got the spring chicken and it was delicious. My daughter has the spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs were delicious, but the sauce was not the kind we prefer. It seemed to be thinner and more olive oil and we prefer more tomatoes. There were only 2 servers and they ran very busy, but they did great. Food was served quickly and the servers were very fast."
