"I am so upset that I had to write this post before I could eat after being on an intermittent fast because I am so angry. I called in my lunch order for pick-up today at 12:15pm. I had ordered 3 items, and she asked me if I want a whole order and I say yes because I want the item I 'm seeing for their lunch menu and it is 12:15pm which is LUNCH time. So I arrived there 20 minutes later expecting $35 for my lunch. Instead I get a bill for $61 and I 'm totally shocked. When I found out that whole order means dinner to , and lunch is apparently what.......a partial order ? I thought she meant a whole lunch. Then she lied and claimed that she asked me lunch or dinner. I had to correct her again...

I 've been to this Chinese food place several times and while the service is typically good, it can be hit or miss at times. That being said, I absolutely love their Bento Boxes they 're definitely my go to! I also tried their Ramen which was decent, but honestly a bit mediocre. It tasted a lot like Top Ramen with some added ingredients, so I probably wouldn 't order it again. However, their sushi is always good and I can 't get enough of their Kung Pao it 's delicious! Overall, while some dishes may not be exceptional, I would definitely recommend this place for their Bento Boxes and other great options.

Just mismanaged. Four hosts tell us they 'll seat us in 5 minutes (takes 15 . Our server doesn 't know what 's in the sushi rolls or what Jack Daniels or Dewar 's is (seriously. . Our second server brings me a Dewar 's and soda that 's Dewar 's and water but I don 't feel like waiting another 30 minutes so I drink it. Edamame is cold, no flavor, no salt. "I tried the shrimp tacos for the first time and they were amazing! I was so impressed with the taste that I didn't even have time to take pictures of my food. I also gave the cod fish tacos a second try and they were just as delicious. My husband had the brisket sandwich and he enjoyed every bite of it. The employees were very helpful and friendly, making our date night even more enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back again, even though we are currently in a food coma from all the delicious dishes."

"Disappointed in the customer service and not making a order right. Door dash made everything right. IL continue to use door dash but for my first time experience at this restaurant we will never order again. What food we did get from our order was whatever, but it was the man on the other end of the phone who refused to make it right. No loss to either of us, door dash refunded my money for even the items I did get. But lesson learned !"

"I received the wrong order on my first visit, and on my second, two items were forgotten. However, the food was still hot. I understand that it can get busy, so I don’t fault the staff too much. Working in fast food isn’t easy. That said, the food and service were actually quite good. Taco Tuesday at Del Taco is absolutely fantastic! I would definitely return, but I’ll make sure to double-check my order next time. Mistakes happen, but the staff here are incredibly friendly."
