"My wife and I went here for the first time after passing by it for years and it will be our last. The Staff is friendly, service was fine but the food was just okay and it took some time before we got our meal. The food portions for the cost wasn't the best either. Overall, wasn't impressed. Hopefully, your experience, should you choose to go, will be better."

"if there were no stars, that would be a better assessment. eating is like something they would see on gordan ramsey’s kitchen nightmares! how literally everything in the restaurant is older than my mother. I actually asked her about this place and she said she was supposed to go here in the 20s. I'm not 70 years old. so the decoration and ambiente was as old and antique as a lap phone. teppich is old and colored looking. kind of. nothing has been refreshed since they opened. all our foods looked microwave and not fresh. the waitress tried to force a false order on a person in our party. After 4 try to do this, she finally gave up and went back to the kitchen to correct the error. which was not the person who ordered it is due. Finally, the view of the waitress, when a member wanted to leave money for his meal, was unpaid. he actually felt so obligated to offend her that he remained until the bill came to prove that his did not jump out. there is nothing anyone wants to take from this place. including the food for which they have paid. not my style in general. the staff was less than friendly. will not be back until they refresh their look."

"Went to the Ozark House Restaurant for the first time last week. The food, service and atmosphere were wonderful. It was decorated nicely and they had Cristmas music playing. Darrick was our server. He was attentive and friendly. He made sure we had what we needed. My husband ordered the baby back ribs. It was a nice size serving. The ribs were tender, meaty and tasty. I ordered the onion crusted salmon. It was a big serving and the best salmon I have ever had. The salmon was cooked just right and the topping just added to the flavor. The sides (soup, broccoli with cheese, salad and bread) were tasty. The coconut cream pie was a big serving and my husband said it was very good. We will be dining there again soon."

"I had real high hopes for Pats and I was a little disappointed. I order a New York strip steak on a whim. It was a great cut of meat and cooked perfectly. However it wasn't very flavorful. My wife ordered the fillet which was better than my meal. We both ended up using steak sauce since our steaks just didn't have much flavor. I ordered Lima beans and fries which were good. On the whole I just don't feel like I ate a $45 steak. I could have got a steak of equal quality foot half that at some chain. On the positive side the owner was there and he's great a really sweet guy. The ambience is terrific I loved the building. Plus the serve was first rate. My wife and I are coming back to give it another try before rendering a final judgement."

"So disappointed my tenderloin wasn't cooked enough and the crust was like wet greasy flour. The wife ordered a reuben had no thousand island dressing . Then when we called back they wanted me to drive back down there. Offered no compensation for their mistake and the woman on the phone said I am just the bartender. I am a warehouse manager for a large corporation if I treated my customer like that we would be out of business.Won't get take out anymore but will go back because we have had good meals there."
