"Terrible customer service experience. My girlfriend ordered food and my part of the order was a steak sub with double the meat. When we called back to discuss getting our order correct, the gentleman on the phone argued with us stating that we did not order the double meat. On point. Super hot and tasty. Lasagna for the wife and a Pepperoni Calzone for me. Loves the flavor and the big dipping sauce. Quick 30min meal: in and out. No complaints.

I work at a school and we ordered from them a lot. The past couple times our food as been ice cold when we get it. It takes over an hour to get it. When I called to complain the man I talked to on the phone was not sorry at all. He just said I can give you $5 towards your next order. If you want hot food or even warm food DO NOT order from them. Worst customer service and obviously doesn't care about their customers.

Good food, but some delivery drivers are rude. A delivery driver came to my door, pounded on it, and when it took me more than two seconds to get to the door, had the nerve to say I can 't wait all day . Do they think that I 'm sitting at the door waiting for them to knock on it? No, I have other things to do. What kind of restaurant allows impatient people like that to work for them?
