"Terrible customer service experience. My girlfriend ordered food and my part of the order was a steak sub with double the meat. When we called back to discuss getting our order correct, the gentleman on the phone argued with us stating that we did not order the double meat. The point is that we wanted something they provided and were willing to pay the difference but the gentleman decided that he wanted to argue his situation instead of correcting the order, delivering the new"

I work at a school and we ordered from them a lot. The past couple times our food as been ice cold when we get it. It takes over an hour to get it. When I called to complain the man I talked to on the phone was not sorry at all. He just said I can give you $5 towards your next order. If you want hot food or even warm food DO NOT order from them. Worst customer service and obviously doesn't care about their customers.

A delivery driver came to my door, pounded on it, and when it took me more than two seconds to get to the door, had the nerve to say I can 't wait all day .
