Despite calling three times ahead of time to confirm our party of 6's reservation for the murder mayhem show, they were unable to sit us next to each other. There is legitimately no oversight for the seating arrangement so if you're trying to come in a large party- don't expect to sit next to each other or be sure come absurdly early. On the same token, be prepared for strangers to join your dinner table as the staff will do there best to fill every seat, regardless of their guest's requests.

Beautiful, historical hotel right in the center of Main St. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. A word of warning regarding the parking ramp- the entrance to the ramp is quite narrow as are the entrances to the ramps inside. We literally held our breath as we slowly inched our way up the curving ramps to the 3rd level of parking. If another car were to be coming down while we were going up, someone would have had to reverse down this nightmare as there is barely enough room for one car. Exiting the ramp, however, was a breeze.

Excellent staff!!! Great location Horrible condition seen the Stephen King movie The Shining? It is in desperate need of a clean out remodel. The rooms are uncomfortable and decrepit. Aged crumbling wallpaper, terrible thin bedding NO comforters, rock hard mattresses, stones for pillows. Management needs to Reinvest! I would not recommend Rooms: They are in terrible condition desperately need to be freshened up if not gutted. From the bathroom grout to the crumbling pealing wallpaper. The bedding is uncomfortable, thin, and aged or overused. No comforters, no box springs, rock hard mattress stone hard pillows. (Invest in Bedding 1st)
