"My friend treated me to dinner here to thank me for some pro bono work I did for her church. She 'd been before and I had not, so it was a great surprise to me what an excellent experience it was all around. Perfect dinner start to finish. Food was above expectations. Atmosphere inside was great for conversation and love how Chef Jordan visits each table. Never had a bad meal here! Love dining outside when it's nice too!Food: 5/5

Incredible food. It's an hour away from home but worth the drive.Unexpected finds like this are rare. I just happened to be in the area on a late rainy Sunday and had one of the best meals I've experienced in NY.The chef did an amazing job and the staff was wonderful.Food: 5/5

I have heard about End Cut several times from different locals since moving to the Hudson Valley about 2 years ago but this was my first time going, and WOW. I honestly think it was one of the most well rounded and delightful meals I've had at a restaurant in a very LONG time. Every single item that arrived at our table from the drinks, appetizers, palate cleansers, entrees, to dessert was absolutely delectable.
